HOW IT WORKS
Orders MUST be placed online.
You’ll receive a receipt and order confirmation via email.
*NEW* You can now pickup from our Butcher Shop 7 days a week!
*We still require ONE business day (Monday to Friday) to process your order through our production facility.
*Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will NOT be ready until Monday.
*You can pick up on the weekend, during regular shop hours.
*Due to COVID restrictions, you must wait in line with the other shoppers — so come early on the weekend to avoid the rush.
Missed pickup — If you are unable to come during the pick up window, please let us know when you place your order, or call 604.990.5288. Hey, life happens and stuff comes up from time to time.
Special requests — If you are immune compromised please mention it in the notes as you place your order as we can offer a curb-side drop — you can then phone us at 604.990.5288 and someone will bring your box(es) out to your car.
All orders are subject to availability.

WHY WE'RE DOING THIS
We’re pretty proud of how we’ve managed to keep the people of B.C. fed with fine meats through our various restaurants, retailers and at our own butcher shop in North Vancouver. We wanted to put together a selection of meat packs to make it easy for you to order, pick up and eat well at home. Our Boxes are frozen and packed in manageable sizes for singles, couples or the whole family. And hopefully ordering online will help reduce lineups and give you a contact-free option to access quality meat. Also — we really wanted a new website!!
Two Rivers is a group of farmers, butchers and chefs, and we simply love what we do. That’s why we’re fiercely-proud that our ingredients are Canadian and we know exactly where our food comes from — and we think our customers should too. We care about quality. All of our meat and poultry is sourced from trusted, handpicked group of farms that we know and trust. We care about the animals, they are processed in-house by highly trained meat lovers who are passionate about quality. You won’t find any hormones, antibiotics or chemical feed additives here—just fresh products with rich, natural flavours. Long story short, we care about our animals and our environment, so you can feel good about the meat that you eat.
We made the difficult decision to temporarily close our Eatery just before it was mandated across the country. And, our butcher shop has remained open and fully operational.
While things are constantly changing, and the government is discussing options to reopen — we have a few increased safety measures in place that visitors should be aware of:
Our public washrooms are closed.
Our butcher shop is restricted to maximum 4 customers at a time.
Counter tops, door handles, debit/credit machines are all sanitized at regular intervals throughout the day
Customers are asked to respect social distancing during their visit.
Customers and staff members who are sick or displaying symptoms are asked to not come to our facility or return to work until fully recovered.
Customers are asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines, staying 2M apart at all times.
Please stay respectful, patient and understanding during this time. We’ll all be able to go back to being in each other's space and close-talking soon enough.
Pre-payment through our online store. We are able to accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express only at this time. We will be testing a few other things (like Apple pay) as well, in the future, so let us know at if there’s a need for it.
We don’t just take our meat seriously, but privacy too. We’re not the most digital savvy butchers, but we’ve set up our website so your online activities are private. We will never give your information to any 3rd party company and we have partnered with financial software with bank-grade security during each transaction. We do not keep any of your bank information, in fact we can’t even see it.
All sales are final once the product has been picked up — it IS food after all.
Pick up is for the next business (M-F) day 11am - 5pm. Please let us know if you are unable to pick up. We will not guarantee product availability if you miss your pickup window.
All food is sold frozen, once it has left our facility we can no longer guarantee the quality of the product.
Gift Cards — redeemable in store only at this time.
Refunds are possible before product pickup. It will take between 5-10 days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
